Care Professionals
Our care is delivered by a multidisciplinary team of qualified, experienced professionals — nurses, support workers, and allied health clinicians — all committed to safe, compassionate, person-centred care.
The team behind your care
- Registered nurses – clinical leadership and hands-on care.
- Enrolled nurses – skilled nursing care under the guidance of registered nurses.
- Support workers – day-to-day help at home and in the community.
- Allied health team – physiotherapists, occupational therapists and other specialists.
One team, one plan
Your professionals work from the same personalised care plan, so everyone involved in your care understands your goals. See how we choose the right people in matching your care team, or visit our meet the team page.
Checking a practitioner’s registration
Nurses and many allied health practitioners in Australia must be registered to practise. You can look up a practitioner’s registration on the public register of practitioners on the Ahpra website.
Care professionals: questions
Who will be involved in my care?
That depends on your needs. Your care plan sets out who will support you and how often, and it can change as your needs change. See our care process.
Can I find out more about the people on my team?
Yes. Ask us about the skills and experience of the people supporting you, and we will happily explain.
