Personal care
Personal care is about helping with the everyday routines that keep you feeling like yourself, in a way that protects your privacy, dignity and independence.
What personal care can include
Depending on your needs and care plan, personal care at home can include:
- showering or bathing and grooming
- getting dressed
- getting in and out of bed or a chair, and moving around the home
- help with eating and drinking
- toileting and continence support
Your routine, your way
We match you with support workers who suit you, and we build support around your routine rather than the other way around. Tell us what matters to you – the time of day you prefer, how you like things done – when you enquire.
When you need more than personal care
If you also need clinical support such as medication, wound, catheter, stoma or PEG care, our nursing team can help. For support with mobility and movement, our allied health professionals are here too.
