Funding Options

There are several ways to fund your care and support with STA Community Nursing & NDIS Services, depending on your circumstances, eligibility, and personal preferences. Whether you’re funded through the NDIS, the Support at Home program, WorkSafe, or paying privately, our team can help you understand your options and get started.

Ways to fund your care

• NDIS funding – for eligible participants, managed by the NDIA, a plan manager, yourself, or a mix.
• Support at Home – government-assessed funding for older Australians who want to stay living at home.
• WorkSafe – workers’ compensation that may fund care while you recover from a work injury.
• Private funding – pay for the services you choose, when you choose them.

That is very common, and you do not need to have it all worked out. Tell us a little about your situation and we will explain the options that may suit you. Eligibility and approvals are decided by the funding body (the NDIA, My Aged Care assessors or WorkSafe), so we will point you to the right place for those steps and help with the rest.

Can I use more than one source of funding?

Sometimes, yes. For example, some people top up government-funded supports with private funding for extra hours or services. Call us and we will talk through what makes sense for you.

Do I need approval before I contact you?
