Victorian Seniors Festival 2026
The Victorian Seniors Festival returns in October 2026 with a month of events, activities and celebrations for older Victorians. The theme this year is “Connect, Create, Celebrate”.
Event details
- When: 1 to 31 October 2026
- Celebration Day: Saturday 3 October 2026 at Federation Square, Melbourne, with free entertainment, dance and workshops
- Cost: thousands of free and low-cost events across Victoria (prices vary by event)
- Free travel: Seniors Card holders get nine days of free public transport across Victoria from 3 to 11 October 2026
- Organisers: the Victorian Government, with COTA Victoria (Council on the Ageing)
